Danobatgroup is one of the main

exhibitors at EMO 2013

DANOBATGROUP will exhibit the latest

developments and technologies of its two

product brands – Danobat and Soraluce

– at the main worldwide trade fair for

metalworking technology, EMO 2013.

Danobat and Soraluce solutions will

be showcased at three different stands

fulfilling more than 1,700m

2

of exhibition

area in total, which makes Danobatgroup

one of the main exhibitors of the trade fair.

Thus Danobatgroup establishes itself as

one of the industry leaders showcasing

its new capabilities and its commitment

to high technology in grinding, milling,

boring, turning and sawing and drilling.

Aware of the importance of this fair,

this year Danobatgroup will undertake a

major effort to showcase the latest and

most outstanding products of Danobat

and Soraluce.

Hall 13 – Stand B36: The stand will

be dedicated to milling-boring and

vertical turning solutions, showcasing the

following machines: The vertical turning

centre VTC-3200, a machine that offers

high precision and quality in turning,

grinding, milling, drilling, threading and

measurement operations; the Soraluce

FXR-16000 large capacity milling-boring

machine, which is a highly versatile

solution for heavy duty components;

the Soraluce F-MT-4000 multi-function

milling and turning centre where turning,

milling, boring, drilling and tapping

operations are fulfilled via a single

set-up on very intricate parts; and the

Soraluce SL-8000 compact fixed table

travelling column milling machine with a

compact and ergonomic format design.

In addition, there will be live demos of

the Soraluce Adaptive Control system

consisting of automatic adjustment of the

defined cutting parameters as per the real

machining situation, and the Soraluce

Accura Heads, which compensate for any

head articulation positioning deviation,

as well as real machining trials.

Hall 11 – Stand D55: The stand will

be dedicated to grinding and turning

solutions, showcasing the following

machines: The heavy duty horizontal

grinding machine Danobat WT-92-6000,

a flexible machine that performs both

external and internal operations with

maximum precision; the Danobat VG

1000/700 vertical grinding machine, a

perfect solution for machining medium

and large parts that require high preci-

ion; two Danobat – Overbeck IRD-400

internal and radius grinding machines,

one of which will be showcased together

with the Danobat LG-400 horizontal,

external and internal grinding machine

(both machines specialise in machining

prostheses for the medical sector); the

Danobat E-315FV centreless grinding

machine, specially designed for the

production of high precision components

in different industrial sectors; the

Danobat-Overbeck ID-600 high precision

grinding machine for internal, external

and face grinding, suitable for a multitude

of highly demanding applications; and

the Danobat TH500 horizontal lathe;

specially developed to suit the machining

needs of automotive gearbox shafts.

Hall 15 – D36: The stand will be

dedicated to sawing and drilling

solutions, showcasing the following

machines: The Danobat TDS20, a

machine that guarantees an accurate

and fast cut for solids and tubes up

to 2000mm; the Danobat HDS8A

band saw, designed to obtain the

best performance and get a higher

productivity and blade life; and the

Danobat iDS5A bands saw, which has a

heavy duty construction that maximises

the latest developments in band saw

blade technology.
