Weak correlation between bladder filling and CTV motion:

uterus is tipped upwards or backwards instead of forwards in some patients
(a). This will not influence the CTV, because the bladder is not bounded by
the uterus.

the bladder influences the position of the bounded CTV only when it fills in
the posterior–superior direction. However, bladder filling in anterior–
superior direction pushing away the small bowel (b), was seen as well.
