The exemplified judgment and the
affidavit are mailed to the Clerk of
the New Jersey Superior Court. The
filing fee is $35.00. Once the
judgment is recorded or docketed
with the Superior Court, it becomes a
lien against all real property owned
by the judgment debtor in the State
of New Jersey and may be enforced
accordingly. Subject to certain renew-
al provisions, the judgment will be
valid for twenty (20) years and may
be enforced against real or personal
property.
