Each issue of
Community Trends
includes a spotlight of CAI-NJ member commu-
nities showcasing the wonderful world of community association living in NJ.
We are looking for a variety of different types of
community associations. Submissions must meet the requirements below:
Community Board Members must be members of CAI-NJ in good standing
(Managers are welcome to submit on their behalf)
Should include a description of the community (400-500 words)
Should include photos of the community (at least 300 dpi)
CAI-NJ reserves the right to edit and format the spotlight as they deem fit
