Douglas Adams, CEO of EFC International, has
announced the appointment of Matthew Dudenhoeffer
as president of the company. With over 20 years’
experience with EFC and in the industry, Matthew is
well placed to drive the company’s ambitious growth
initiatives.
Matthew joined EFC International in 1993 as a sales
engineer. He held the position of strategic business
units manager and in this capacity was instrumental in
EFC’s improvement in service and subsequent success.
In 2012, Matthew was promoted to the position of vice
president and has played an integral role in executing
strategy and driving the overall success of EFC. He
holds a BSIE and MPA from the University of Missouri.
Douglas Adams said: “With Matt’s wealth of
experience in strategic partnerships and leading

invested in EFC and maintains the position of CEO.
