4: $250.00 Entertainment and Party Pricing.
It was discussed and agreed that this be addressed in the O.D. manual requiring O.D. to have prior
approval from Activities Director. And the $250.00 to be included in an Activities report to the Treasurer.
12: Dog Rule Violation Penalties.
See General Club Policy infractions.
13. Membership start date for new members.
The date to be recorded for the membership official start date will be the date that the NCYC Board and
Flag vote the person in as a member. The membership date will not be related to money transaction
dates.

2016 Budget and Financial Review
Frank Corcoran reviewed the financial projections for 2016. An email was sent out
to the Board to review before the meeting. An email of the budget power point
presentation will be sent to the membership for their review prior to the General
Membership Meeting.

Moved by Ian Blackburn to approve the Financial
Review and the 2016 Budget. Seconded by Don Reiss.
Motion Carried.
VC Chuck Stroh reviewed the 2016 capital projects to be presented at the November
General Membership Meeting on Saturday. This presentation will also be included
