Invasion of cricoid/thyroid cartilage
Bilateral involvement of the ARYs
Invasion of the PC/AC
Fixation of the ARY/VF
Involvement of the base of tongue closer
than 1 cm to the circumvallate papillae or
with impaired mobility of base of tongue
Supraglottic T2-3 with extension limited to
the upper medial wall of the pyriform sinus
or mucosa of the base of the tongue
Supraglottic T3 with PES involvement
