Hospital admission
- Stop drinking
- Give vitamines B1, B6 to avoid Wernicke Korsakoff
- Supplement with Magnesium, phosphorus, potassium if needed
- Prevent and treat the alcoholic withdrawal syndrome:
- diazepam: 10 mgr, 3 times a day
