Clinton Instrument Company will display
a new automatic spark test calibration
system, the STCAL. This unit allows for quick
and accurate voltage calibration of AC,
both mains and high frequency, as well as
DC units up to 30kV. It will calibrate spark
testers from any manufacturer.
The STCAL operator interface is a
Windows-based tablet that shows
hook-up details in photos, diagrams and
words making it easy to be sure the unit is
connected correctly. The operator can
choose the voltages to be calibrated.
Once finished a calibration certificate can
be printed or downloaded for archiving.

Founded in 1974, DeWAL Industries designs
and manufactures high performance PTFE
and UHMW-PE films and pressure sensitive
tapes for a diverse range of markets and
applications.
DeWAL has developeda range of UHMW-PE
and PTFE custom thin films used for abrasion
resistance, low friction, and extended
product life. DeWAL films may be filled,
bonded, sintered or porous and prepared
with a variety of surface treatments.
In addition to extruded unsintered PTFE,
low-density PTFE and sintered skived
PTFE, DeWAL can provide fluoropolymer
laminates with dissimilar materials to custom
specifications and to tight tolerances.
The most recent addition for PTFE film used
in wire wrap, DeWAL’s Solid Pack® allows for
the largest amount of material to be wound
onto a single spool. Solid Pack spools
are designed to payout more smoothly
compared to traditional packaging,
so eliminating breakage. Long lengths
promote extended production runs, and
increase manufacturing efficiency.
