AOAC Official Methods Board (OMB) vets the SPSFAM Voting
Panel prior to meeting
– To ensure well-balance with industry/domestic and international
gov’t/CROs/academia/NGO
– EVERYONE in the room has a voice
– Representative voting panel responsible for listening to the community
and voting on recommendations
– SMPRs from each of the working groups are discussed and a vote is
requested
