www.read-eurowire.comHITCHCOCK Enterprises has acquired Connecticut, USA, based stainless steel wire
producer Siri Wire Co.
Founded in 1992, Siri Wire has been a family-owned manufacturer of stainless steel
and nickel alloy wire and will continue to offer quality wire products from its current
location.
Providing products to the automotive, spring, wire forming and cold heading
industries, Siri Wire will continue to build on a strong foundation with new product
offerings.
Hitchcock Enterprises, led by president Bryan Hitchcock, is a natural fit as he and his
father David have been key components to the outside sales of Siri Wire over the last 16
years.
Together Bryan and David have over 45 years’ combined experience in the wire
business, and look to use experience and expertise to grow and diversify the company.
Being able to continue to operate as a family-owned business was important to the
Hitchcocks, and the day-to-day operations will continue to be led by general manager
Tammy Joly and plant manager Rick Nelson, both long-time key employees of the mill.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce this acquisition, there is a great deal of pride
from the workforce at Siri,” said Bryan Hitchcock. “It is our mission to continue to grow
the business and maintain jobs in our local economy.
“Siri Wire’s goal is not only to develop new relationships but to maintain and strengthen
its current customer base by supplying high quality wire products.”
Going forward the company will continue operations as Siri Wire.
