THERMOSTAT
Provides automatic temperature control for all
types of portable space heaters that operate
on electricity. It is safe, easy to use and plugs
into an existing 120V outlet. Designed for
indoor use in workshops, garages and farm
buildings. It also can provide winter protection
against damage caused by freezing water
pipes if your heating system fails when you're
not home. Capacity is 1800 watts at maximum
load, 13.8 amps. Temperature range: 0ºF to
100ºF. 120VAC with a 3-prong grounded plug
and receptacle. Metal housing for heavy-duty
use. Should be used with GFCI protected
outlet.

cable uses a self-regulating conductive core
that reacts to changes in temperature. As the
environment becomes colder, cable resistance
decreases and more heat is generated.
Conversely, as the environment warms,
cable resistance increases and less heat is
generated.
