Address and mail invitations and announcements. They should

Have the final fittings for your and the bridal attendants’
gowns.

Have a formal bridal portrait done.

Pick up the rings.

Write thank-you notes as you receive gifts. Mail them after the
wedding.

Make wedding transportation arrangements.

Make sure you have all accessories, i.e. a ring pillow, garter, etc.
•
Make wedding day appointments, i.e. hairdresser, manicurist,
masseuse, etc.
•
Get the marriage license.
•
Attend to any legal and business details, such as changing
names.
•
Reconfirm out-of-town guests’ arrangements, as well as
honeymoon plans.
•
Talk to photographer and videographer about specific needed
shots/footage.
•
Meet with musicians. Have the music start 30 minutes before
the ceremony.
