Policies
Delivery Policy
Crest Healthcare Supply utilizes FedEx Ground or Air, UPS Ground or Air and
common carrier to ensure your products arrive on time. You may choose
from the following options:
Service Standard Delivery Timeframe
Standard Ground Service 7-10 business days from receipt of order
3-Day Air 3 business days from receipt of order
2-Day Air 2 business days from receipt of order
1-Day Air 1 business day from receipt of order
All orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship same day (1:00 p.m.
CST if submitting an order through ).
1-Day Air Saturday Delivery is only available in certain areas. Call our
Customer Relations Department for availability. Shipments to AK, HI and PR
must use 1 or 2-day air delivery. Please add an additional 1-2 days for delivery,
and call to obtain a cost estimate. Items marked with the “Truck Ship”
logo cannot be shipped via common carrier. Please call to verify your
facility’s receiving capabilities to ensure on-time delivery.
Shipping Locations
All products are shipped from Crest Healthcare Supply headquarters in
Dassel, Minnesota unless noted with an asterisk ( * ). Allow additional time
for delivery of most (*) items.
Freight Policy
All freight is free on board (F.O.B.) origin with freight handling charges
prepaid and added to the invoice. Large items shipped via common carrier
(Truck) are noted with the following symbol . It is recommended that
the purchaser call Crest for a freight quote prior to placing an order for
these items. Freight included offers apply to the continental U.S. only.
Order Expediting
Crest will attempt to expedite all orders being shipped by air delivery. Crest
will also attempt to ship products by ground within 24 hours of receipt of
your order. You will be advised if a product you order is out of stock or has
an extended lead time by our Customer Relations Department.
Pricing & Information Policy
All listed prices and products in this catalog are subject to change without
notice. Crest Healthcare Supply makes every effort to ensure the accuracy
of listed prices, product photography and specifications. Crest is not
responsible for photographical or typographical errors.
Customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with
international orders.
