Use a mixing glass.

The white of an egg.

Fill glass with ice.

Shake well, strain into fizz glass,

fill up with syphon seltzer or vichy

water and serve.

YACHTING CLUB FIZZ.

Use mixing glass.

Shake and strain quickly, fizz with

BEER SOUR.

Put in a beer glass 3 or

beer and serve.

BLACKTHORNE SOUR.
