FUNCTION SPACE CHARGES
The cost of the reserved function space is based principally on guest room pickup and a minimum anticipated
food and beverage spend of $75,000. Should the actual guest room pickup or actual food and beverage
revenue be less than anticipated, a charge for meeting space will apply. These charges will be determined
according to the following schedule before gratuity and taxes:
Total Guest Room Pickup Total Rental Charge
If total room pickup is 90% or more (621-690 room nights) COMPLIMENTARY
If total room pickup is between 80% and 89% (552 – 620 room nights) $ 7,000
If total room pickup is between 70% and 79% (483 – 551 room nights) $14,000
If total room pickup is between 60% and 69% (414 – 782 room nights) $21,000
If total room pickup is less than 60% (413 room nights or less) $28,000
Please note that standard, full meeting room rental would have been: $77,225.00
Meeting room rental is subject to 18% Gratuity and 5% GST.

The Delta Edmonton South Hotel has a wide menu selection to suit your needs. The approximate range
of our 2015 banquet /catering prices per person is:
Breakfast: $ 21 to $27
Coffee/Tea Break (per cup): $ 4.25
Working Lunch (buffet): $ 28 to $ 35
Lunch (plated): $ 30 to $ 34
Dinner: $ 49 to $ 77
Above prices do not reflect 18% Gratuity or 5% GST.
