Year-to-date leasing activity totaled 88,000 SF, the majority of which occurred during
the first two quarters of the year. Third quarter posted negative absorption (-56,000
SF), which was nearly evenly divided between Class A and Class B buildings.
At 555 Washington, financial services entity Centra Tech executed a 2,300 SF lease
while Atlas Maintenance executed a 1,500 SF lease at Lincoln Place.
