Uganda: Atlas of our Changing Environment
(June)
www.grida.no/news/default/3747.aspxThere were many more GRID-Arendal publications produced in
2008 and 2009 (partly funded by MoFA under the framework
agreement) that have the potential to generate real, long-term
impact. In many cases GRID-Arendal has only limited capacity to
monitor and assess such impacts, resulting in some difficulty
tracking the real impacts back to the ideas, products and initiatives
GRID-Arendal undertook.
Annex 4 gives a complete overview of the publications 2008 and
2009 with some indications depicting where impacts might be
expected.
A collection of eBooks of selected publications
As part of its awareness programme, GA has prepared this
collection of feature-rich eBook versions of selected publications
about the environment, prepared by GA, UNEP and other partner
institutions. In an effort to reach a wide audience with different
technical resources and capabilities, this collection provides several
options for accessing, viewing, and interacting with the information,
thus providing a richer reader experience and contributing to
reducing our carbon footprint
.
The collection, available on USB stick, was disseminated at COP15
of the UNFCCC in Copenhagen.
