Messages can be saved by topic for easy reference. Check here for your alerts, replies
to your inquiries and credit union communications.
To View Your Messages:

Click on the
Messages
tab.

Messages
are displayed at the left side of the screen.

You can delete or reply to a message in the upper right corner of the original
message
, or send a new message by selecting
New Conversation
.
Messages automatically expire after 18 months.
If you would like to save a message indefinitely,
select the box next to “This message should
never expire.
”
