Mr. Beaumont served his apprenticeship with
the late Mr. Samuel B. E. Ward of 31 Dame Street,
Dublin, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1905,
and practised as senior partner in the firm of Collis
& Ward, 13 Clare Street, Dublin.
MR. WILMOT H. C. LLOYD, Solicitor, died at his
residence, Losset, Killiney, Co. Dublin, on zyth
November, 1948.
Mr. Lloyd served his apprenticeship with the late
Mr. Clifford B. Lloyd, 46 Dawson Street, Dublin,
was admitted
in Michaelmas Sittings, 1902, and
practised at 32 Kildare Street, Dublin, up to 1946,
when he retired.
MR. PATRICK SARSFIELD BRADY, Solicitor, died
at his residence, Osborne House, Seapoint, Co.
Dublin, on 3151 October, 1948.
Mr. Brady served his apprenticeship with the
late Mr. Joseph Carr, 64 Donegall Street, Belfast,
was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1901, and practised
at Chichester Street, Belfast, until his appointment
as Resident Magistrate in 1910. He again resumed
practice in 1921, and practised at Abbey Street,
and Upper O'Connell Street, until his retirement
in 1931.
The Solicitors' Benevolent Association
The Association, which operates throughout the whole of Ireland, cares for Solicitors, their
wives, widows and families who have fallen on hard times.
Last year over £1,300 was distributed in relief.
Additional subscriptions, donations and
bequests are urgently needed to continue and extend the Association's work.
The active co-operation of the Profession in the Association's good work is asked for and all
who are not members are urged to join without delay.
