Our client, a recently established
business venture, is to appoint a solicitor
to direct its legal operations including
conveyancing. The position will carry
management responsibility and will
require some involvement in sales and
marketing and administrative activities.
Working closely with a team of
professionals, the individual selected will
have the opportunity to creatively
develop all aspects of the business. High
technical standards, inherent
commercial sense and innovative skills
will be called for.
The person we are seeking, aged
between 28-35, should have sound legal
experience with a leading firm or
institution and have considerable
expertise of property transfer and
finance. He or she must also have
excellent team management ability and
possess the personality to represent
the business effectively.
The remuneration package fully
reflects the importance attached to this
appointment.
