OBITUARY
MR. B. R. W. DORAN, Solicitor, died at his residence,
25 Sydney Parade, Dublin, on zznd February, 1948.
Mr. Doran served his apprenticeship with the late
Mr. Edward F. Doran, Dublin, was admitted in
Michaelmas Sittings, 1902, and practised at 5
St.
Andrew Street, Dublin.
REGISTRATION OF TITLE ACTS,

MR. THOMAS O'B. KELLY, Solicitor, died at his
residence, Oakfield House, Limerick, on 22nd
February, 1948.
Mr. Kelly served his apprenticeship with the late
Mr. John Ryan, Limerick, was admitted in Hilary
Sittings, 1904, and practised in Limerick.
MR. HARFORD A. C. KELLY, Solicitor, died at his
residence, Arnoldville, Monkstown, Co. Dublin, on
yth March, 1948.
Mr. Kelly was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1880,
and practised at 4 St. Andrew Street, Dublin, up
to the year 1906, and at 4 Dame Street, Dublin, to the
year 1941 when he retired.

unless he is notified within 10 days from the date
of this Notice that the said Certificate of Title is still
in existence and in the custody of some person other
than the above-named Registered Owner. Any such
notification should state the grounds on which the
Certificate in question is being held.
