Highlight Selected Assets

2. At the top of the
Material
panel, select either the
Actual or Estimated
radio button. By default, the
Actual
radio button is selected .
NOTE:
If material has been added as an
EstImated
entry, it can be copied to
Jlctual
by clicking the
Estimated
radio button and then clicking on the
Estimated
material entry to highlight it and then clicking
ryan" " .
This copies the
Estimated
material to the
Actual
material panel.
3. In the
Material/Entity/Task
panel, select the desired material by checking the box to the left to
highlight it. You can also search for material by name, predefined list, crew, my crew, or hierarchy.
NOTe:
If
the desired material is not shown, make sure that the
Vlewsble In Server
check box for that
material is cllecked in Designer.
4. To associate the material with assets or tasks, select the Assets or Tasks option in the
Material/Entity/Tasl(
panel. Highlight the desired material and select the asset(s) or task(s) to
associate to the material. If the
Assets
option is selected, click
Highlight Selected Assets
to mark
the selected asset(s) on the map.
5. Once the material has been highlighted, enter the material details in the
Details
panel.
