5. When the Start Date/Time and Finish Date/Time from the calendar and clock icons are
completed, it auto-populates the date and time fields in all the standard and contractor Labor,
Material, and Equipment panels.

6. Enter the appropriate information in the Labor, Material, and Equipment panels.
7. Additional employees, material, and equipment can be added to crews by using the Find Employee,
Find Material, Find Equipment drop-down lists.
8.
Click Save on the bottom left of the panel to assign the crew and the associated costs to the work
order.

Select the contractor from the list or drop-down list in each of the Labor, Material, and Equipment
panels.
2. Follow Steps 2 - 5 listed in the Standard Tab.
3. Enter the appropriate information in the Labor, Material, and Equipment panels for each
contractor.
4. Click Save on the bottom left of the panel. Contractor labor, material, and eqUipment appears on the
work order labor, material, and equipment pages when the Actual radio button is selected.
To edit the information on the ELM panels, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Labor, Material, or Equipment tabs at the top of the ELM panels.
