Precision Dies and Refilmed.
For its production, the company
exclusively selects high quality raw
materials such as Sandvik and Ceratizit
pellets for carbide dies, Diamond
Innovation and Sumitomo blanks for
PCD dies, and first rate quality stones for
natural diamond dies.
Employing diamond stones drilled with
the 1.1.1. method enables the better use
of the characteristics of every stone. As
a result, it is possible to obtain a greater
wear resistance, as the diameter is always
kept constant during the drawing process.
A laser device has been created to make it
possible to obtain a more precise profile
and a more accurate finishing of the dies.
Redies is also experienced in the sector of
steel-cord, stainless steel and CO2 drawing
dies, and the production of elongation
dies with very small tolerances to be used
on multi-wire machines.
