The total meeting room rental for (2) days of the Conference will be based on the following sliding scale:

Meeting Room Rental Food & Beverage Minimum (excluding gratuity & GST)

Complimentary $ 6,001 or more

$ 1,800 $ 3,001 - $6,000

$ 2,400 $ 3,000 or less

*A Minimum of $3000.00 in food & beverage (before gratuity & tax) is required. Should you not be able to meet this total

the remainder will be applied to you Master Account as rental.

The following catering prices can be used as a guideline when formulating your food & beverage budget.
