FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The following 2016 catering minimums can be used as a guideline when formulating your food and beverage budget:
*minimums do not include G.S.T. or gratuities (currently 18%)
"Minimum catering prices are subject to an annual increase of 6% which will be applied during the meeting/convention detailing stage."
SPECIAL CONCESSIONS
Based on 85% of your group room block being actualized we are pleased to offer the following special considerations:

One complimentary luxury suite for the duration of the conference valued at $599.00 per night.
•
One (1) per forty (40) complimentary policy
•
Storage facilities made available from Sunday to Tuesday.
•
Complimentary internet in meeting space & guest rooms
•
Complimentary meeting space with $8000.00 F&B minimum.
•
Complimentary parking
•
The Howes Group clauses to be reviewed and Marriott clauses used that are similar.

you will work with our team on finalizing your event. From first contact with your Sales Manager to your final billing process, our
mission is to provide excellent overall service during the Sales phase, a smooth transition into the Planning phase, and for you to
experience genuine & flawless service during the staging of your event.
As outlined below, the process is broken down into several phases. Please let us know at any time if there is anything we can do to
ensure your event is an excellent one!
Sales Phase
: Your experience and service with your Sales Manager in the initial stages of planning and confirming your event with the
Edmonton Marriott at River Cree Resort
Planning Phase
: Your experience with our Events team during the planning stage of your event process
Event Phase
: Your experience with your Banquet Captain and the staff on the days of your event here at the hotel
