MEETING AND BANQUET ROOMS
The Sutton Place offers over 16,000 square feet of meeting space in comfortable rooms that provide the
flexibility needed to plan the perfect event. Whether it is a board meeting for 10, a training seminar for
300, or a convention for 600, our professional team is always on hand to assist you with every detail, from
room layout and last minute audio visual needs, to creative coffee breaks and themed events. Our
ballroom has a theater style seating capacity of 600 or can be separated into two smaller rooms, each
seating 200 or 300 delegates. For smaller meetings of 20 to 150, choose one of our other nine spacious
and elegantly appointed meeting rooms.
Our executive chef and his expert culinary team are renowned for their creative and award winning
cuisine. Whether you are holding a convention or a wedding, you and your guests will enjoy a sensational
meal. Choose from a wide selection of menus or we will be glad to customize a very special menu unique
to your group.

For your review, we have listed what we understand to be your meeting requirements. They have been
entered in our function space calendar as a hold only. When your event has been confirmed with a signed
contract and the final program has been received, our Catering Department will contact you to review
your specific agenda and the space we have blocked.
