THE Ercolina Top Bender 050 Plus
model rotary draw tube and pipe bender
eliminates difficult programming and
allows operators to store and produce
the desired bend angle in seconds.
The new, easy-to-read control displays
machine position and all current functions
on one screen for greater convenience.
The colour-coded touchscreen indicates
bend angle, springback and actual bend
position in separate colours for easy
recognition. Bend angle can be adjusted
accurately by degree at any time
throughout the bending cycle.
The machine stops at the desired bend
angle automatically to end the cycle.
The operator can use the control panel
or foot pedal to imitate bend and return
functions. Top Bender 050 Plus offers
generous capacity from ¼" to 2½" tube,
or 2" schedule forty pipe. Ercolina tooling
installs quickly and produces quality
bends. A swing-away counter bend die
vice offers easy loading and unloading of
work pieces.
