The company has recently expanded its international
sales reach by signing distribution agreements with
Millan & Associates, LLC for Latin and South America,
and with Mihama Corporation for Japan, China,
South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
In addition, S&E has announced some personnel
changes. Duane Shooltz has been promoted
to president of S&E. As chief operating officer
of the company since 2008, he has led the
company’s growth and development strategy.
He has over 30 years of experience with both public
and private manufacturing companies and has held
senior management positions in sales, purchasing
and manufacturing.
Yan Chen will work for S&E in the newly created
position of product development manager.
She most recently worked as a senior project
chemist with Schneller LLC, where she led several
teams to develop composites, laminates and resin
formulations for commercial aircraft applications.
Prior to that, she held management and scientist/
supervisory positions with A Schulman and Honeywell
International. Chen holds numerous patents related
to materials and processing and is Six Sigma
Greenbelt certified.
