predict the likely manifestation of a side-effect of a particular
magnitude when a specified dose is received by an OAR.

must

related to the manner in which OARs are delineated
Consistency in delineation and in dose volume constraints
applied in 3DCRT is paramount in ascertaining the manifestation
of radiation-induced toxicities.
