Messages
The Messages menu function allows you to communicate securely
with us. Messages can also be saved for easy reference. Check
here for your alerts, replies to your inquiries and other important
communications from us.
1 The left-hand side of the screen displays your message cue.
Simply click to begin viewing a message.
2 This area is reserved for viewing your messages.
3 Click Reply (arrow icon) to respond to a message. Click Delete
(trash can icon) to remove the message from your account.
4 For a new message, click New Conversation to begin.
