Fresh Parsley

Orange Juice for Flavor

METHOD

Put well washed spinach and parsley through

the Health-Mine. Two large handfuls of spinach,

a small handful of parsley, is the best propor.

This juice, rich in iron and copper, makes a

potent body-huilding tonic but is not pleasant

to the taste. For this reason it is mixed with

orange juice—about half and half.

Three cups a day of this spinach, parsley and

orange juice makes a splendid cocktail and is

easily taken by those who "hate spinach."

This Iron Cocktail is a specific in all forms of

anemia and is an all-round building tonic.
