WATERCRESS COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

Crisp Watercress

Fresh Parsley or Spinach

Orange Juice

METHOD

Watercress is rich in mustard oil,so it is better

to mix it vdth some other milder green, such as

parsley or spinach.

Put equal parts of the watercress and either

parsley or spinach through the Health-Mine.

There will be plenty of dark green juice, rich

in minerals and vitamins.

To give it an appealing taste add some orange

juice. Equal amounts are best.

This combination is a powerful cleanser and

must be taken in small amounts. Two cocktails

a day of one-half cup each are all that should

be taken.

This Watercress Cocktail is a specific for blood

purification and because of its high alkaline

content it helps drive out rheumatic poisons.
