Clinical examination:

• TU lesion of 4.5 cm at the posterior lip and on the

left lateral part of the cervix with extension to the

left proximal parametrium

Initial MRI:

• lesion of 41 x 40 x 61 mm at the posterior part of

the cervix, no LN metastases
