No ; said Wallington, J. A successful litigant
must lodge a bill for taxation which includes all
the costs to the payment o f which his judgment
entitles h im ; . the order in this case was a final
order, which could not be converted into an interim
order, nor substituted by another order to include
a r t s and fees.
Per Wallington, J. : “ There was no reason why
these costs and fees could not have been, and, in
my opinion, they all ought to have been, included
in a bill carried in for taxation at the time when
the taxation of costs was first taken in hand. There
would have been no difficulty in my opinion in
