Supervise a student. Start by formulating a supervision plan and supervise the student. Keep track
of the progress together with the student.
You have provided a student and/or trainee with suitable work supervision.
Submit the following supporting documents:
A fully completed assessment form substantiated by the examiner
A supervision plan and progress report including accountability

creates a learning climate in which the student is provided with the opportunity to
learn
encourages the student to develop in the institution’s activities and in the association
with clients
provides the student with instructions and advice
provides the student with feedback in a professional manner
participates in supervision interviews and/or assessment interviews of the student
