Mini-Circuits’ MNA-4A+ is a wideband
PHEMT based MMIC amplifier
supporting applications from 0.5 to
2.5GHz including cellular infrastructure,
defense, SATCOM and more. This
model provides high active directivity
from 19 to 35dB, making it ideal for use
as a buffer amplifier. It delivers 17dB
gain, +19dBm P1dB, +29dBm IP3,
and 4.5dB noise figure. The amplifier
operates on a single +2.8 to +5V supply
and integrates the entire matching
network, DC blocks and RF choke all in
a tiny 3x3mm MCLP package, making it
very simple to use.

Mini-Circuits’ REQ-75-182+ 50Ω
surface-mount negative slope equalizer
provides a steep, fixed attenuation
slope from 1200 to 1800MHz, making
it ideal for gain flattening in L-band, test
equipment, and laboratory applications.
Providing minimal deviation from linear
attenuation slope, the REQ-75-182+
exhibits 10dB attenuation at 1200MHz
and 2dB attenuation at 1800MHz with
typical VSWR of 1.5:1 at midband.
The unit comes housed in a miniature,
shielded surface-mount package
measuring 0.50x0.50x.020” with
wraparound terminations for excellent
solderability.

0.5W RF input power as a splitter and
provides 0.7dB insertion loss, 0.1dB
amplitude unbalance, 1.0° phase
unbalance and 21dB isolation. The
splitter comes housed in a miniature
plastic case (0.38x0.50x0.25”) with
wraparound terminations for excellent
solderability.

75Ω 3-way 0° splitter/combiner with a
frequency range from 5 to 1500MHz,
supporting bandwidth requirements for
DOCSIS® 3.1 systems and equipment.
This model can handle up to 1W RF
input power as a splitter and provides
1.0dB insertion loss, 0.4dB amplitude
unbalance, 2° phase unbalance, and
2dB isolation. The splitter comes
housed in a miniature plastic case
