Wideband Bias Tees, 10MHz
to 12GHz
Mini-Circuits’ TCBT-123+ surface
mount bias tee covers an extremely
wide frequency range from 10MHz
to 12GHz, making it suitable for a
variety of biasing applications such
as biasing of amplifiers, laser diodes,
active antennas and more. This
model provides 0.5dB insertion loss,
1.25:1 VSWR, and 33 dB isolation.
It can handle up to 1W RF input
power and 200mA DC current. The
unit comes housed in a tiny surface
mount package (0.15x0.15x0.14”)
making it a space saver in dense
PCB layouts. This model is an ideal
companion product for Mini-Circuits
LVA-123+ ultra-wideband, flat-gain
MMIC amplifier, which operates
over the same frequency range.

Power Amplifier Module, 700

Mini-Circuits’
ZHL-100W-272+
is a high power amplifier module
capable of delivering up to
100W across its entire operating
bandwidth. It provides 48dB gain
with ±1.7dB flatness, +50dBm IP3,
and 89dB reverse isolation. The
amplifier features built-in over-
temperature protection and is able
to with stand short or open mismatch
at the output while delivering output
power up to 3dB compression point.
It operates on a 30V supply and
draws 12A current. This model is
ideal for a variety of high-power test
applications including EMI, reliability
testing, and RF stress testing. It is
also popular in test systems, such
as HTOL, that require distribution
of a test signal over multiple test
channels to test multiple DUTs in
parallel.

Amplifier, 0.05 to 6GHz
Mini-Circuits’ LHA-1H+ MMIC
amplifier delivers ultra-high dynamic
range for broadband applications
from 0.05 to 6GHz. Fabricated using
E-PHEMT process technology, the
amplifier provides +41dBm IP3,
2.1dB noise figure, 13.9dB gain,
and +22.5dBm P1dB. It provides
excellent matching over its full
frequency range without the need
for external matching components.

relative to device size and power
consumption makes this model
