Mini-Circuits’ DPLB4254A0+ 75Ω
diplexer covers the DC to 1220
MHz band with a low pass band
of DC to 42 MHz and a high pass
band of 54 to 1220 MHz. This new
model is specially designed to
meet requirements for DOCSIS 3.1
compliant systems and equipment.
It provides low pass band insertion
loss of 0.8 dB, 45 dB rejection in
the stop band and 18 dB typical
return loss. Mini-Circuits has
developed a variety of diplexer
models in the DPLB series for
cable TV systems with different
channel splits to accommodate
different upstream and downstream
bandwidth requirements. The
diplexer comes mounted on open
style printed laminate measuring
1.18x1.18x0.28”.

Wideband Precision Fixed
Attenuator Die
Mini-Circuits’ YAT-1-D+ is a fixed
value, absorptive MMIC attenuator
die providing 1dB attenuation with
±0.5dB attenuation flatness from DC
to 26.5GHz. Asimple modification to
the ground plane enables excellent
performance all the way up to
40GHz, supporting requirements
applications in the millimeter wave
region such as 5G systems (see
application note AN-70-019 on
our website). This model provides
RF power handling up to 2W, and
in unpackaged die form, enables
users to integrate the attenuator
directly into hybrids where small
size and light weight are critical.
The die contains through-wafer
Cu metallization vias to realize
low thermal resistance and very
wideband operation. YAT attenuator
dice are available from stock with
nominal attenuation values from 0
to 10dB (in 1dB steps), and 12, 15,
20, and 30dB.

The DL850E ScopeCoder is a powerful portable data acquisition recorder and oscilloscope that
can capture and analyze both transient events and trends up to 200 days. Using flexible modular
