Design:
Full resin-bonded,
self-sharpening ceramic grit (CER) with cooling properties due to
grinding-activated additive coating, scattered evenly and slightly loose. With excellent grit
friction, extra-long life, low to medium pressure and very good flexibility.
Oil, grease, wax,
water and emulsion-resistant.
Application:
For tough and cooled grinding
of high-alloy steel, titanium and nickel-based
alloys. Thanks to its extreme hardness it is best suited for working with very hard sur-
faces.
Grinding-activated additives make cool sanding possible, thereby significantly increasing
performance. This also ensures extended service life and reduces discolouration of surfaces.
Suitable for both dry working and working with cooling agents.
