Cutting Tools

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type NH, according to company

standard, 45°,

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming and high-

precision finishing. The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling cut

and thus a high surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges

is avoided. A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional

tools.

Signum-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming and high-

precision finishing.

The extremely high spiral lead and reinforced core results in particularly

smooth running and thus low deviation in shape and a very good

surface on the workpiece.

Suitable for HSC machining up to 56 HRC.
