Cutting Tools

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type N, according to company

standard, 30°,

Signum-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

These tools should only be used in shrink or hydro-.expansion

chucks.

Application:

Can be used for copy milling. The neck chip channel

makes optimum tool range possible and thus makes it suitable for

mould-making applications. Suitable for machining hardened mate-

rials

up to 54 HRC

Solid Carbide 2 Flute Necked Ball Nose Slot Drills

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type W, according to company

standard, 50°, bright, with centre cut.

Application:

Universal milling cutter for copy-milling work. Can be

used to a limited extent for plunge cutting, traversing, peripheral

milling, traverse milling and slot cutting. The extremely high spiral

lead results in particularly smooth running and thus very good surface

quality on the workpiece.
