Jaw drill-out device for three-jaw chuck
* Light design.
Design: With short-taper DIN 55027, with stud bolt and collar nut.
Chuck body completely
surface-hardened and statically balanced. High stiffness guarantees precision at higher loads
in up to 20 % higher clamping forces. Radial and axial run-out tolerances are twice as accurate
as DIN 69386/I. Highly user-friendly as well as high precision in repeated jaw-changing, with
indicator marks for quick jaw adjustment and appealing shape incl. drop-off edge for water.
Excellent protection against corrosion due to very good lubrication of the highly stressed sliding
surfaces, such as:
• Spindle thread and spindle support surface
• Wedge bars
• Drive ring
• Fulcrum slide
Application:
For lathes. Used with a base plate the stationary key bar chuck is also suitable for
milling machines, indexing devices and machining centres.
Supplied:
With base jaws and reversible adapter jaws as well as safety key.
