John M. Schiitte
John Schiitte is the son of a German
father and an Irish mother and was
educated at the Presentation College
Cork, Belvedere College Dublin and
studied Law at University College
Dublin. He has worked as an
Assistant Solicitor in Drogheda and
also in Brussels for the Legal Service
of the E.E.C. Commission and now
runs his own Law Firm in Dublin.
John is a member of the Dublin
Solicitors Bar Association, The
Medico-Legal Society of Ireland and
a founder member of "Fo rum" the
Solicitors' discussion group.
Geraldine
M.
Clarke
Geraldine M. Clarke was educated at
Marist Co n v e n t, Ca r r i c k - o n-
Shannon and Trinity College Dublin.
She was admitted as a Solicitor in
Michaelmas Term 1978 and worked
with Patrick J. Groarke & Son,
Long f o rd and Coras Iompair
Eireann, Solicitors Office, before
joining Gleeson McGrath Baldwin,
29 Anglesea Street, Dublin, in
October 1983. She has been Hon.
Secretary of the Dublin Solicitors'
Bar Association for two years and
serves on the Litigation, Public
Relations and Compensation Fund
Committees of the Law Society.
Michael V. O'Mahony
Michael O'Mahony was educated at
Belvedere College, Dublin, U.C.D.
(B.C.L., 1962 and LL.B., 1963) and
University of California, Berkeley
(LL.M., 1966). He qualified as a
Solicitor in 1964 and was a Silver
Medal, Findlater and Overend Prize
Winner. He is a partner in the Dublin
firm of McCann Fitzgerald Sutton
Dudley. Elected to the Council in
1975 he presently serves on the Public
Re l a t i ons, Par l i ament ary and
Publications Committees, and as a
member of the
Gazette
Editorial
Board.
