John L. Jermyn
John L. Jermyn was educated at
Midleton College and Portora. He
attended University College Cork
and was admitted as a Solicitor in the
Easter Term of 1970. He is a Partner
in the Cork firm of Ronan Daly
Jermyn
&
Co. and is a son of former
Council member John B. Jermyn. He
is a Council member of the Southern
Law Association and is currently
Vice President. He has been a
member of the Council of the Law
Society since 1983. He serves on the
Public Relations and Parliamentary
Committees of the Law Society.

Raymond T. Monahan
Raymond T. Monahan was educated
at Blackrock College and University
College Dublin qualifying in 1971.
Having practised a number of years
in Dublin he returned to the family
Firm in Sligo and is now a Partner in
amalgamated practice of Horan,
Monahan & Co. First elected to
Counsel in 1975, he has been a
member of many of the Society's
Committees, is a past Chairman of
the E.E.C. and International Affairs
Committee and is currently Vice
Chairman of the Taxation
Committee. He represents the
Society on the Consultative
Committee of the Bars and Law
Societies of the European
Community (CCBE).
