recognised as a regional manufacturing and
production hub.
The region is set to achieve a GDP growth rate
of 5.4% per annum between 2014-18. With the
region attracting US$121 billion in foreign direct
investment in 2012, the various industries are
set to soar to greater heights in the years ahead.
