Although disappointed to see an end to the music streaming

service, JB Hi-Fi CEO Richard Murray said, ”The music department

is entrenched in the DNA of JB Hi-Fi and we are committed to

continuing to provide the largest range of CDs and vinyl across our

180 stores nationally and on our online store.”

his month – just in case you needed

an extra reason to bulk up your

vinyl treasure chest – JB is having an

enormous record sale, bringing over 100

LPs down to under $30. It goes hand-

in-hand with JB's turntable price blitz

(should you also need a way to play your

vinyl), and there are some huge titles

included, with classics from AC/DC,The

Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival,

The Eagles, Led Zeppelin and Johnny

Cash alongside Lorde, Sam Smith,

Courtney Barnett and Pharrell.

JB Hi-Fi has reluctantly announced the

closure of its subscription-based music

streaming service JB NOW Music, after five

years in operation.The service will cease on

17 March, 2016.
