examiner to the Society in the subject of Executor-
ship Law and Practice.

The Council passed in silence a vote of condolence
with the widow and relatives of the late Mr. G. R.
Lardner, deceased, a former member of the Council
and one time Vice-President of the Society.
The following was among the business transacted:
Dividends on funds in Court
It was decided to make representations on the
subject of delays which are stated to have occurred
in paying out dividends on funds in court pursuant
to order.
