late Mr. William T. Clare, 33 Anglesea Street,

Dublin, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1925,

and practised at the Bank of Ireland, College Green,

Dublin.

MRS. MARGARET DALY, Solicitor, died at her

residence, 5 3 Frankfort Avenue, Rathgar, Dublin.

Mrs. Daly served her apprenticeship with the late

Mr. Timothy O'Shea, Killarney and was admitted

in Trinity Sittings, 1936.

MR. JAMES J. TUOHY, Solicitor, died on the loth

January, 1960, at St. Laurence's Hospital, Dublin.

Mr. Tuohy served his apprenticeship with the late

Mr. Roger Greene, u Wellington Quay, Dublin,

was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1950, and practised

at 10 Clare Street, Dublin.

except a case in respect of which notification is

received in this Registry within 28 days from the

Title is still in existence, and in the custody of some

notification should state the grounds on which such

Certificate is being held.
